YOUR MISSION

As a Marketing Assistant, you will have the mission to optimize the company CRM to improve the results of the sales and marketing actions.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Your main mission (60/70%) will be to manage our Hubspot CRM:

  • Update the CRM information
  • Enrich data in the CRM to improve operations
  • Publish monthly reports on the performance of email templates and sequences delivered
  • Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to optimize the use of the tools

In a second phase, you will have the opportunity to assist other team members, depending on the company needs and on the skills you wish to improve:

  • Support the sales team in prospecting and message writing
  • Help the marketing team with event management, social media content, article writing or/and SEO

Does it sound like you?

  • You have previous experience in a company.
  • You are organized and proactive
  • You are fluent in English
  • You have excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • You’re a team player and an excellent communicator.

THAT'S A LITTLE EXTRA

  • If you also have a good level in speaking French or Spanish.
  • If you have experience in using HubSpot.
